Title: ACH/ELECTRONIC PAYMENT PROCESSING CLERK

Description:  Financial institution is seeking outgoing and motivated Electronic Payments Processing Clerks who will be responsible for processing the daily activity of the Automated Clearing House (ACH) operations for the company.  Responsibilities include:  handle daily assigned activities regarding the sending, receiving, recording, balancing and verifying of ACH/Electronic Payment Processing transactions.  Qualifications include the ability to comprehend basic accounting debits/credits, MS Office knowledge with a strong emphasis on Excel.  Must have prior experience with ACH transactions and good attention to detail.  Prior work experience in back office processing within a financial institution is strongly preferred. 

High School Diploma or the equivalent is required.  Drug screen and background check are required.  Direct Hire.

Compensation:  $ 30,000 - $33,000 plus benefits


Title:  DATA ENTRY

Description We are currently seeking candidates for several data entry positions throughout the St Louis metropolitan area.   We need people who are proficient in both alpha-numeric and 10-key data entry.  These positions require strong data entry skills (minimum of 10,000 key strokes per hour), good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.  At least 6 months experience in data entry is required.  Candidates must be reliable, flexible and possess a strong work ethic. Own transportation is required for most locations. 

High School Diploma or the equivalent is required.  Drug screen and background check are required.  Temporary and Temp-to-Hire

Compensation: Varies with assignment.


Title:  GENERAL OFFICE

Description:  We are looking for flexible and responsible people to staff several general office/clerical positions throughout the St Louis metropolitan area.  These positions require basic computer skills, a minimum typing speed of 40+ wpm, good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.  At least 6 months of office experience is required for most  positions. Candidates must be reliable, flexible and possess a strong work ethic. Own transportation is required for most locations. 

High School Diploma or
the equivalent are required.  Drug screen and background check are required.  Temporary and Temp-to-Hire positions are available. 

Compensation:  Varies with assignment.
