representative to join their team. This position
requires strong verbal and written communication skills in
both English and Spanish; along with basic typing and data
entry. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
application is required. The successful candidate will
be flexible, enjoy handling customer issues, and have good
follow-through skills. At least 6 months of customer
service experience within an office environment is required
for this position. This is a high volume environment
and the ideal candidate will have to be well organized and
able to work within a team. Must be dependable and possess a strong work
ethic.
High School Diploma or the equivalent is required. Drug screen and background
check are required.

Title: BUSINESS -TO-BUSINESS
COLLECTIONS
Description:
We are seeking candidates for a
business-to-business collections/customer service position with a
major employer in West
County. This position is responsible for contacting
companies regarding delinquent accounts, following up with
customers regarding accounts, researching discrepancies,
etc. This is a high-volume environment and the ideal
candidate will be organized and able to work within a team.
Requirements include 4+ years business-to-business
collections along with basic computer skills, good verbal,
communication and negotiation skills. A working
knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required. Must be reliable and possess a strong work
ethic.
High School Diploma or the equivalent are

Compensation: $30,000 -
$35,000.

SPECIALIST
Description:
West County employer is seeking an experienced Inside
Sales - Customer Service Specialist to join their Inside
Sales team. The selected
candidate must be able to work within a fast-paced
environment where priorities change quickly throughout the
day. The ability to work within a team environment is
an absolute requirement for this position.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required along with basic computer skills.
Prior experience and a willingness to make outbound calls to existing or
prospective customers is also required. At least 3+
years of general business experience is required along with
a 4 year degree.
High School Diploma or the equivalent is required. Drug screen and background check are
required. This position offers
a base salary plus bonus opportunities. Direct Hire.
Compensation: $32,000 -
$35,000 plus bonus
