Description:  St Louis financial institution is seeking an experienced professional to join their firm as an Electronic Payment Processing Manager.  This position will be responsible for supervising the daily Automated Clearing House (ACH) operations for the company.  They will coordinate workflow between several functional areas, providing guidance to staff and resolving complex customer service and operational issues.  This person must have strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills; strong project management skills; the ability to effectively interface with upper level management and employees; excellent oral and written communications, negotiation and decision-making skills; and have strong customer service/relationship skills and ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment. 

Bachelors Degree or related experience is required. 8+ years experience working in a financial institution is required.  Must have significant experience with commercial ACH processing software.  Must have specialized training and experience in the ACH area.  Previous management experience is required.  Knowledge of NACHA rules and government regulations for EFT services, project management skills and customer service skills.    Strong MS Office proficiency, and database experience is preferred.  AAP Certification is strongly preferred.
