Description: Qualified
candidates should contain the skills of both a DBA and a SQL
Server Developer. The candidate will be required to perform the
follow duties:

Responsible
for the stability, scalability, behavior, security, and
performance ofSQL Data Bases and SQL
based processes

Maintain and upgrade SQL patch
levels

Monitor event and error logs,
drive space availability

Responsible for database back up
operations

Test and implement new releases
of SQL

Test and oversee the
implementation of SQL database applications

Demonstrate the ability to
prioritize efforts in a rapidly changing and dynamic

Participate in 24x7.365 on-call
rotation
This position regularly interacts
with application developers, system administrators, project
managers, technical requirements managers, and client services
reps. The successful candidate works effectively,
independently and cooperatively within a team structure, in both
cases striving to achieve shared company goals.
Candidates must be skilled technically, perform their
responsibilities with minimal direction and communicate
appropriately and effectively within project teams and with

Qualifications:

Degree in a MIS related
field

Professional
appearance and demeanor

MCDBA (Microsoft Certified
DBA)

4+
four plus
years of information technology experience
-
3+
years in a
DBA role working with Microsoft SQL relational databases
-
2+ years Experience Using
Microsoft Analysis Services and Reporting Services
-
2+ years working directly
with business teams
-
2+ Creating, configuring,
implementing and performing SQL server maintenance
-
Expert level proficiency in
Transact-SQL, building triggers, writing stored procedures,
and building other database
objects
-
Robust knowledge of
relational database concepts, SQL, and TSQL
-
In depth
experience in MS SQL upgrade procedures
-
In depth experience with
Database Replication, Database Log
Shipping, Database backup operations, Database optimization
procedures
-
Basic knowledge of Microsoft
Visual Studio (.NET )
-
Basic Ability
to program in
VB.NET and HTML
-
Experience
with SQL Profiler and Performance Monitor required

Title: HELP DESK
TECHNICIAN
Description:
Financial institution is seeking an
experienced Help Desk Technician to join their St Louis team.
This individual will be responsible for providing technical
software, hardware and network problem resolution to the
company's agent network by performing question/problem diagnosis
and guiding users through step-by-step solutions in a call
center environment; provide support via a chat enabled
screen-sharing remote interface; clearly communicate technical
solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner; provide
one-on-one end-user training as needed; initiate research
inquiries and route interdepartmental calls.
Prior
experience in customer service; intermediate to advanced
computing knowledge; knowledge of company supported applications
(Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word); prior experience
trouble-shooting network-related hardware and software problems;
and the ability to learn and support new applications are
required. High School diploma or the equivalent are
required. Drug screen and background check are required.
Compensation: $25,000 - $27,000 plus benefits.
